NOTES: The only fee that you pay up front is the registration fee ($50.00). By signing up, you and your player are committing to fundraising and reaching the minimum goal ($200 for all players). The due date for fundraising is August 8th at 11:59pm. If you are short of the goal by that date, the credit card you use to pay the registration fee with will be charged the difference.
